Chris Page grew up in Rural Kansas on a farm in the Small Town of Nortonville where everybody knew everybody and she still carries the heart of small town with her. You know that genuine, down to earth type. She is that kind of gal.
Ever since she was a little girl she had the passion of rearrange the household furniture and remodeling rooms by the time she was 15 she had repainted and remodeled the family home as well as refinished their baby grand piano. When she graduated High School from Jefferson County North her Mother thought she knew best and that she did – Chris does give her Mom credit to that because her Mom saw her talent and had enrolled her into Kansas School of Floral Design.
That is where Chris flourished and blossomed. Chris started her Floral Business known as Chinells’s at the raw age of 19 where she later became best in the business and known as THE Wedding Florist in NE Kansas. Recognized by THE KNOT magazine. After the passing of Chris’ Mom in 2014 Chris kind of lost the passion for flowers, she sold the business to Ariel Unselt in 2017 and chose to follow another passion and try her hand at Real Estate. Chris got her license in 2016 and joined a local company known as Realty Professionals. Chris chose a local broker because Chris believes that Local is the only way to go. To support local is to support your home town and families. Yes, she still shops at the big box stores but anytime she can, you will see her supporting small local family businesses. She feels that’s the true heart of America and it also keeps that feeling of a small town even though she is in a much larger city these days. Chris is involved in decorating for the Casa Holiday Homes Tour (Which is coming up in November)
Chris has decorated Cedar Crest many years running, as well as Corporate businesses such as Security Benefit, Topeka Country Club and just friends and family homes.
Without a supportive family though none of this could happen. Chris is married to Wayne Page recently retired from the Navy which he served 20+ years in with 4 deployments, and 2 awesome kids both students in the Seaman Schools. Hannah 16 a junior and Isaac a 8th grader.
In Chris’ spare time she loves to ride her bike many miles at a time, run, be creative with sign making or refurbishing furniture – which has turned into a side business, run her skin care business and spend time watching her kids enjoy what they love. Isaac is a baseball player enthusiast and Hannah is a GIRL – which means, hair, shopping putting outfits together and shopping again.
Wayne works for the state of KS, but will soon be joining Chris in Real Estate to become the Spouses that sell Houses.
